protective film used for aluminum composite panel

1) materials:

   a) Film: LDPE, LLDPE

   b) Glue: acryloid

2) Main characteristics:

   a) Possesses powerful and stable adhesive property

   c) No glue remains on the surface after peeling off

3) Notice:

   a) Peel the protection film off after 45-days on the ACP panel

   b) Quality is guaranteed for 12 months since the production date

   c) Stands protection roll vertically in cool and dry warehouses under

       proper temperature

   d) Quality in accordance with standards of Q/320206YNEJ01-2002

   e) Different protection films with various adhesions should be applied to

       different ACP panels accordingly. If the protection film can stick to

       the panel closely, the lower adhesion is, the better it is. If film with too

       strong adhesion power is used, glue might be left on the panel surface,

       or the film will be too hard to be peeled off

4) Printing: accurate, attractive and clear

5) Glue: no missing place, does not leave trace on back side

6) 180° stripping

7) Strength (N/25mm): 0.3~3.0

8) Tensile strength (N/cm): ≥20

9) Elongation (%): ≤200

10) Consistent adhesive strength (40^oC, 1kg): ¡Ý24

11) High temperature (70^oC, x48h):  does not leave trace

      on board surface

12) Low temperature (-40^oC, x6h): sticks closely to board
